Delete your Grow It All account

To delete your account and its data yourself, sign in with the account you want to delete, then come back to this page and confirm. This works in the app and in any browser.

Can’t sign in? Email kirk@mpdg.net from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Grow It All account”. We confirm by email within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Any Grow It All Pro or ad subscription bought on the website is cancelled right away and will not renew.
• A Pro subscription bought in the Google Play app is set to stop renewing. Google Play bills it, so you can also check it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
• Your account: email, name, password, addresses and saved payment methods.
• Your yards (names, locations, plants, lawn size), the jobs you marked done, and your Pro status.
• Your ad campaigns: taken down, with their images and statistics.
• Your name, email and addresses are removed from past orders. Order amounts and dates are kept for tax and accounting records.

Messages you sent through the contact form are kept in our email only as long as needed to answer them. Server logs roll over within 30 days.
